• We Provide a free site survey service ,where we discuss where the plot would be positioned in your garden as well as discussing floorplan and doors and windows.

• We pride ourselves in offering a completely bespoke service. If you cannot find your perfect design, size or layout, we can manufacture your new garden room tailored to meet your specifications.

• The concrete slab will be laid as the building is being made off site (this normally take 5-7 working days). Once the Steel Frame Building is on site the project will be complete within 3 weeks 

• Option Garden Rooms also offers a large range of optional upgrades, so you are able to personalize your garden room to suit your requirements.

The steel frame garden room is wrapped in a breathable membrane and batten ready for your cladding choice. the roof is a one-piece epdm firestone rubber guaranteed for 100 years  Here are some examples of what we install
